BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE EXPRESSED BELOW. I will not take any commission that goes against ToS.
My work is for personal use only. If you need commercial rights for it, please tell me beforehand. Price will be discussed.
Editing, tracing or copying the final product is prohibited. Doing so will result in the commissioner being blacklisted and the commercial rights (if existing) revoked.
Credit is required anytime it is used. You may not claim my work as your own.
My art cannot be used as NFT, nor to train an AI. I will not associate myself with anything related to NFTs/AI.
As the artist, I retain full rights to the piece and may use it on my portfolio or post it on my socials unless previously accorded with the client.
payment details/process
No refunds. No exceptions of any kind.
Payment is via PayPal only. Sorry for the inconveniences.
Payment is full and beforehand. Once the payment has been done I shall start working on your commission.
I can reject your commission if I don't feel comfortable with your request or if I consider I can't achieve the ideal result.
Turnaround time depends on the type of commission. It could take from 1 week to 1 month. (max time of 2 months) I will communicate any inconveniences I have that could lead to a delay in the commission process.
Rush orders can take up to 3 days. $50-$100 extra depending on type of commission.
Edits will only be requested during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved I then proceed to work on lineart, then color, and finally shading. If you need constant updates on the progress, feel free to request them.
Any corrections after sketch is approved may affect the price of the commission. No exceptions.

Turnaround time can go from 1 month to 4 months. If needed for a certain date, deadline can be discussed. In case any delay occurs it will be communicated.
No editing, tracing, copying or reusing of the model nor it's file will be allowed at any time. This is specially prohibited. Doing so will result in the client being blacklisted and the use of the model revoked with immediate effect.
No refunds or cancellations. No exceptions of any kind.
In case of refund request/cancellation the client will be blacklisted. I will also retain the model, it's rights and will be able to resell it if so desired.
I retain rights of the model and can use it as I precise. Specifically for portfolio use or for advertisement of my services.
The client will receive a rig ready .psd file. After the file is delivered, the commission process is concluded.
Full rights of the model will only be given in case of corporation commission.
